Hi. This is 6 days late. I had a really bad week last week, and I honored what I needed. Which is space.
Today we dig into the stages of change - what each stage means.. and maybe it will even give you insight and permission to be where you are - and own it - and be ok with it. Infertility is HARD. It sucks. And if you are feeling the pressure to change from people around you. Slow down. Take a listen - and see where you are at in the change process, because change happens in stages. So be kind to yourself.
